AgentScribe

Privacy & data retention

Your meetings are yours.

Plain-language summary of what AgentScribe stores, how long, and how to remove it. Meeting data is deleted automatically after 30 days — and you can delete any meeting yourself at any time.

What we store

For each meeting we keep the transcript (translated to English), the live checkpoints, and the generated summary. We do not store the raw audio — audio is transcribed and then discarded; only the text remains.

Automatic deletion (default 30 days)

A meeting's transcript, checkpoints, and summary are deleted automatically after your chosen retention window — 30 days by default. Signed-in users can change this to 7, 30, or 90 days, or "keep forever," in the app's optional settings. The clock starts when you stop recording, and once deleted the data can't be recovered.

Delete it yourself, any time

You don't have to wait. Open History, choose a meeting, and delete it — that wipes the transcript, checkpoints, summary, and any share link immediately.

Invisible on screen-share

AgentScribe never joins your call as a participant or bot. In Hide Mode the transcript and copilot live in a separate window that is invisible to Share Tab and Share Window — nobody else on the call sees it.

Who can see your meetings

Your meetings are tied to your account and visible only to you. Nothing is public unless you explicitly create a share link, and a share link can be revoked by deleting the meeting.

Feedback you send

When you send post-recording feedback, we store the options you picked and any note so we can fix issues. It is not linked to your meeting transcripts.
